Old National is our flagship light-medium blend that performs well as espresso straight, cappuccinos, and great as pour overs. You get the bright anf fruity notes of a natural East African coffee and citrus/chocolately notes from Central Americans.  When we decide to create a blend we focus on the flavor profile desired first, then start cupping coffees that fit the profile. Currently Old National is a blend of a Colombia El Crucero and Ethiopia Worka Sakaro.
